Wash All Over Me was the fourteenth track from the album titled Rebel Heart. It was released on March 6, 2015. – “All of my illusions could be shattered in a second. You could thread a needle with a teardrop from my eyes.”
This song and the next really hit home while deep in the throes of ACT VI Blood Moon Tetrad, .
As I performed my prayers and rituals in the Arizona desert, I kept checking in with myself to make sure that my own personal ego wasn’t getting in the way of what I was doing.
I was forced to step outside of myself and follow through on something that I truly couldn’t grasp on a logical, mental level. It was a very emotional time for me. This song made me cry the first few times I heard it. It brought an unexpected emotional release.
This song will only make sense if you’ve read my story.

I’m a stranger in a strange land
There’s a contradiction
And I’m stuck here in between
An a oasis to confuse me
So I walk this razors edge
Will I stand or will I fall?
Torn between the impulse to stay or running away from all this madness
To decide what should be done
If this is the end then let it come
Let it come
Let it rain
Rain all over me
Like the tide, let it flow
Let it wash all over me
Over me
Over me
Let it wash all over me
Could be shattered in a second
You could thread a needle with a teardrop from my eyes
It’s a cruel injustice to be witness to the things I see
Looking for the answer when it’s right in front of me
From the Tower of Babylon where nothing is what it seems
Gonna watch the sun going down
I’m not gonna run from all this sadness
To decide what should be done
If this is the end then let it come
Let it come
Let it rain
Rain all over me
Like the tide, let it flow
Let it wash all over me
To decide what should be done
If this is the end then let it come
Let it come
Let it rain
Rain all over me
Like the tide, let it flow
Let it wash all over me
Over me
Over me
Let it wash all over me
